Terms, licence and refunds

Your purchase gives you a non-transferable licence to use this guide and workbook for your household's personal, non-commercial use. You may keep backup copies for yourself. You may not share the materials outside your household, resell, reproduce, publish, upload or distribute them, or use them to provide services to others, without written permission.

Your Actual Numbers is a budgeting education and planning tool. It calculates from the information you enter, so its results depend on that information being complete, accurate and kept current. Projections are not guarantees and cannot account for changes you have not entered.

Nothing here is financial product, investment, credit or tax advice, or a recommendation about any product, provider or strategy. You decide how to allocate your money and which accounts or products, if any, to use. Seek appropriately licensed professional advice where required.

Refunds

Your purchase is covered by the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded or limited. Payment is processed by Stripe. The charge on your statement will include a short reference to this product.

I offer a 14-day money back guarantee. If you decide Your Actual Numbers isn't right for you, email jamie@scorpio1011.com within 14 calendar days of purchase with your order details and I will refund the purchase price. If a refund is issued, your licence to use the product ends and all copies must be deleted.

Support

If something isn't working — a broken link, a file that won't open, a formula that doesn't calculate as intended, or a video that won't play — email jamie@scorpio1011.com with your order details and, where possible, a screenshot. Support covers product access and technical faults. It does not include completing your numbers for you or providing personalised financial, investment, credit or tax advice.
